Sub Mix-Aire 1/2hp Submersible Mixer

Cramer Machine Works is proud to announce our latest product, the Sub Mix-Aire, a submersible mixer that utilizes the strength of mechanical mixing with the strength of diffused air aeration. The Sub Mix-Aire has a Unique 52° robust ductile iron diffuser gives us a wider area of coverage compared to our competitors.
 
With this wide cone the Sub Mix-Aire also widens the area of effect of the diffused air bubble column. With the motor and propeller we also more effectively destratify the water, which is important in preventing fish kills during transitional seasons, also helpful for preventing algae growth. The Naiad is powered by a high effeciency 1/2 hp 115v Franklin Electric Super Stainless Motor; a water lubricated motor, which means there is no oil to spill out into the water. Moves 450 gpm at 3,350 rpm, oxygenating the water, allowing for healthy fish growth and preventing algae formation on the surface.
 
The Sub Mix-Aire is on top of being a submersible mixer, a diffuser, by injecting compressed air through a specialized hoop tiny oxygen bubbles are forced into the water. The tiny water bubbles are an extremely effective means of aeration to a point, they don't mix the water nor do they have a wide area of effect, this is what makes the motor and prop so important. By utilizing these two methods of aeration and mixing you can ensure your water, whether it be in a lake, runoff pond or any other body of water, commercial or residential you can ensure it will be healthy and clear with the Sub Mix-Aire.
